My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I booked, although supposed to be nice, turned out to be disappointing with poor cleanliness and the presence of roaches. On the bright side, it was spacious and had a convenient kitchenette. The service was friendly, but waiting for a cold drink for over 2 hours was not acceptable. The location was great, close to many attractions in Memphis, but safety concerns due to police fugitives roaming the hallways is alarming. The dining area needed improvement in terms of cleanliness, although the baby back ribs were enjoyable. Overall, the facilities met basic needs, but enhancements would be welcome.
